Vibration Therapy

Mechanical Stimulation for Circulation, Recovery, and Neuromuscular Activation

How It Works

Whole-body or targeted vibration platforms deliver vertical or multidirectional impulses to the body, typically in the range of 15–50 Hz. These impulses engage muscle spindles and proprioceptors, activating a reflexive contraction known as the tonic vibration reflex.

This rapid engagement enhances:

  • Circulatory flow

  • Lymphatic movement

  • Muscle tone

  • Neurological activation

Vibration therapy also stimulates mechanotransduction, converting mechanical signals into cellular responses that support tissue regeneration and metabolic function.

Clinical Benefits

Increased Circulation & Lymphatic Flow: Improves venous return and waste clearance

Enhanced Muscle Activation: Enhances strength

Reduced Muscle Soreness: Assists post-exercise recovery

Bone Density Support: Stimulates osteoblast activity in long-term use

Reduced Cortisol & Stress Markers: Enhances parasympathetic nervous system activation
